Refund Policy

Single audits — $19 one-time
We stand behind our audits. If your audit failed to parse the uploaded PDF or returned no meaningful results (empty or garbled output), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, email us at hello@quotecop.com with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We'll review and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
Refunds are not available for audits that completed successfully but where you simply disagree with the AI's assessment.
Subscriptions — $29/month
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, and you retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for used subscription months. If you cancel on day 15 of a monthly subscription, you keep access until day 30, but no prorated refund is issued.
How refunds are processed
All payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are issued through Paddle's payment system back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.
